I was able to access the library's catalog in Salt Lake City and discovered the following note:
"This item is a reprint of The evening and the morning star. It was reprinted in Kirtland in 1835-1836 with the volume, issue numbers, and dates of the original publication. The 1835 reprint has a slightly different title than the 1832, it was shortened from 'The evening and the morning star" to the "Evening and morning star'."
Crawley's bibliography probably goes into greater detail. So it looks like the metadata is correct, even though the dates don't correspond.

Metadata needs to be updated
This bound work consists of all Evening and Morning Star periodicals starting in June 1832. The metadata suggests the is only the Kirtland era (1835-36). Thoughts?
